William Bickerstaff was born about 1694 in Ormskirk, Lancashire, England, United Kingdom.  He married, about 1719, Nancy Pope. They had a child: John Ripley Bickerstaff

John Ripley Bickerstaff born at sea in 1720 while on the way to America from England.  John married Sarah Cynthia Pollard born 1715 in Virginia and died 1796 in Franklin Co., Georgia.  He served as an Ensign in Captain Knox's Company, North Carolina.  They lived in Anson County, North Carolina and after the war went to Virginia and in 1791 moved to Franklin County, Georgia.  Their children were: Johnston 1765-1835 died in Monroe County, Mississippi; Henry; Robert A. 1772-May 1836; Andrew and Samuel.

Johnston Bickerstaff born 1765 in Wilkes County, North Carolina;  He was listed in Captain Easley's Company's Muster Roll in 1794. In the 1830's they left Walker County, Alabama and went to Cotton Gin Port, Mississippi. Married Elizabeth.  Children were: Nancy 1795; John L. 1797 Georgia-1835 Cotton Gin Port, Mississippi; Henry Clay 1799 Georgia- 1844; R. Johnson, 1807 Georgia; William S. 1809 Georgia; Seaborn 1812; Mary D. 1818-Georgia; and  M. A. 1818-Alabama. Johnston died about 1835 in Monroe County, Mississippi.

John L. Bickerstaff born 1797 in Georgia.  He fought in the Indian Wars.  Justice of the Peace in Walker County, Alabama in 1820's and was also Justice of the Peace in Mississippi.  John died about 1836 in Cotton Gin Port, Monroe County, Mississippi.  It is thought his middle name was Lucky.  He married Cynthia Ann Hampton, born 1800 in Tennessee.  After John died Cynthia later moved to Walker County, Alabama and in the 1840's she married Pleasant Easley. Children; Elvira.\, 1820, St. Clair, Alabama; Jeptha V., 1821, St. Clair, Alabama; Mary Adaline (Gemime) born 1826, Jasper, Walker County, Alabama; William Henderson, 1828 Walker County, Alabama; John Russell, 1831 Walker County, Alabama; Elizabeth Jane, 1833 and Mitchell Lucky, 1835 Mississippi. 

Mary Ann (Gemime) Adaline Bickerstaff born 01 March 1826 in Jasper, Walker County, Alabama.  She married William Washington Williams born 7 March 1816 Jasper, Walker County, Alabama on January 16, 1843.  Germime and William's children were; Augustus Alexander born 14 October 1843; William Harrison born 01 June 1845; James R. born 20 January 1846; Washington Wilson born 14 February 1848; John A born 06 June 1852; Mary Jane born 06 January 1854; Sarah Elizabeth born 20 January 1855; Robert Guttery born April 1857; Lucious C. Miller born 08 April 1860; Michael P. born 08 July 1862 and Queen Victoria Alabama born October 1866.  All of the children were born in Walker County, Alabama.  Germime died 14 October 1893 Walker County, Alabama and William died 23 May 1903 Walker County, Alabama. They are buried Cooner Cemetery, Coal City Baptist Church in Jasper, Walker County, Alabama.  Mary Ann was always known as Gemime and that is what is listed on her tombstone. 

Washington Wilson Williams - called Wash- born 14 February 1848 Walker County, Alabama. Wash was a farmer. His first wife was Frances and she is buried in the same cemetery beside him.  Secondly he married Susan Delilah Poor born 17 December 1842.  Wash was a Private, Company A, 41st Alabama Infantry, CSA. He and Susan were members of the Old Zion Primitive Baptist Church, Jasper, Walker County, Alabama. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Jasper, Alabama. Wash died 20 August 1916 and is buried in the Bennett Cemetery, Jasper, Walker County, Alabama along with Susan and Frances.  The children of Wash and Susan were: David Roby, 1875; Robert Calvin, 1877 and Celia, 1883, all born in Walker County, Alabama but Robert Calvin born in Fayette County, Alabama.

Children of Frances and Wash: Mary Adaline, John Mace, Richard V and William James.

Robert Calvin Williams born 11 April 1877 Fayette County, Alabama. He married Savannah Victoria Carter born 01 December 1886, Alabama.  Robert was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Walker County, Alabama and he was a Coal Miner and a farmer.  Robert and Savannah moved to Orlando, Florida about 1927.  Robert and Savannah died in Orlando, Florida but are buried at Old Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Jasper, Walker County, Alabama.  Their children were; Howard Arlie born 01 August 1906, Alabama; Ruby born 25 February in Gamble, Alabama; Curtis Williams born 14 January 1912 in Jasper, Walker County; Otis born 19 May 1914 Jasper, Walker County, Alabama; Willie born 30 January 1918 Walker County, Alabama and Hubert born 09 October 1928 in Orlando, Orange County, Florida. 

Curtis Williams born 14 January 1912 in Jasper, Walker County, Alabama.  He married Viola Livingston (born 26 March 1918) on 19 June 1937 in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.  Curtis was a cabinet maker and carpenter.  He died 31 January 1979 in Lake Worth, Palm Beach, Florida.  Their children are:  Katherine Carol born 21 July 1938 in Orlando, Orange County, Florida and Sherry Cynthia born 23 March 1949 in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

Katherine Carol Williams born in 1938 Orlando, Orange County, Florida. She married Lassister Neale Clifton born in 1938. They were married in 1956 in Sarasota, Florida. They reside in Portsmouth, Virginia.  They have two children; Debra Lynn born in 1960 and Lassister Neale born in 1958 both born in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Debra Lynn Clifton married Robert Duward Carlisle, Jr. They were divorced and he died 1996. They had five children: Kathleen Hope Carlisle, Robert Curtis Carlisle, Stephanie Diane Carlisle, Robin Denise Carlisle and William Thomas Carlisle. 
Debra Lynn married Scott Duane Beeler they were divorced.
Debra Lynn married Robert Mintz.

Lassister Neale Clifton, Jr. married Debra Marie Ford and they had one child David Wayne Clifton. Next, heBillie Morari and they have one child Jessica Lynn.
