Is the one on the right Nancy Hart?

Nancy Hart taken in Summersville, West Virginia During the War Between the States. It is the only picture anyone has ever been able to locate.	Who is this Lady?  An antique dealer in Greenbrier County, West Virginia sold it and said it was a picture of Nancy Hart.  Katrina Hoover, great granddaughter of  Nancy Hart does not think it is Nancy Hart.  This picture was given us to use on this web site by Genelle and Paul Flippin, who are both are relatives of Nancy Hart and Joshua Douglas.  They live in Greenbrier Co., West Virginia.
